Duff Kitchel started in the restaurant industry with a single neighborhood restaurant. We have since grown to include several restaurants and perform multiple services including entity planning, operations analysis, internal accounting and reporting systems, cash flow planning, and tax planning and preparation. We also assisted with a number of equity transactions. In 2006, Duff Kitchel was engaged by the Gaido family of Galveston as their independent accounting firm. Larry Kitchel worked with the family as a waiter in college, and has now become a trusted advisor to the business and the family.
